This interesting peace of information on the poetic imagination of St. Ephrem came from Prof. Sebastian Brock (Oxford University) in reference to the nature of the East Syriac language before and after St. Ephrem (4th century). In the work, Satan exhibits as much knowledge of the Syriac language as St. Ephrem. We hope this conversation ignites interest among the young seminarians in Syriac studies and St. Ephrem
